Mound Builder American Litter

This Mound Builder American Litter (Gen) element features 15mm Eureka Miniatures modified and painted by Paul A. Hannah, Seattle.  Above, the Great Sun" in his Litter with his retainers and household guard. I added two additional poles and litter-bearers and sun-shield so it more closely resembled de Soto's 18th Century sketch. Four Nobles and the "Birdman" shaman lead in front, and two Honored Men warriors walk behind the litter.

 "A Procession from Cahokia"

With a shot of the Cahokia Mound in the background, The Great Sun is borne on his litter
in a column with Honored Men (4Bd) and Stinkards (5Wb) in the rear.

"Birdman Dances"

The Birdman shaman dances with the head of a vanquished foe in his left hand.
This figure is easily one of the best 15mm castings I have seen. Very fun to paint.
