Mexica Pyramid
Model by Karl Heinz Ranitzsch. This is a pyramid
model that will serve as a DBA built up area and HOTT stronghold for my Mexican
armies. As Aztec manuscripts often depict a city just by its main temple, the
houses of the commoners can simply be neglected.
The pyramid is a travel
souvenir, a model of the moon pyramid at Teotihuacan, painted up in something
like the original whitewash. I have added a base to hide teh rather crude base
of the original. The snake frieze is from a picture in an Aztec manuscript. The
figures are Gladiator Games Maya.
