Bob Beattie's BUAs

I have some "templates" of various legal BUA sizes. For a specific game I pick out the one I want to use and then add some extra building pieces of the right era to create the BUA. The first pic shows the templates with some buildings added. Some buildings are professionally made like the big fort and the rubber town modules. The ones with the red tile roofs are just wood coated with spackling with corrugated cardboard for tile.

The second pic is of some commercial BUA's I like. The front two are resin cast, one just walls, the other a nice Castle. In the middle is an Early European stockade I made, the back two are from Miniature World Maker (Australia). The back left is an Aztec town, but I think it would also do for Hittite-like armies. The right is a medieval town.
