The DBA Team Cup

A NASAMW Club Championship
at Cold Wars 2007

Dennis Frank ran the DBA Team Cup as part of the "DBA at Cold Wars 2007" program during the Cold Wars Convention (March 16-18, 2007) at Lancaster, PA.

40 total players participated on 10 different teams - [4 teams from GLADBAG, 2 from WADBAG, Connecticut Gaming Group, the Dicemen and two teams formed at the Con.] Each team assigned a player to an army from each Book (I, II, III, and IV), and then competed head to head against another team in each round. In each round two Books played their games on 30" square boards, while two Books played on 24" boards. After a group stage, the top two teams in each group competed in a final round match to determine the winning team. Thanks to all of the participants for such a wonderful turnout. See you next year!

We don't have many records from last years inaugural Team Cup event, but we did take a picture of the 2006 version of the Dicemen reunited with the Cup prior to the start of this year's event.
