Here are some shots of my two DBA Condotta armies. My crossbowmen are mounted 4 to a stand, rather than 8, because I'm cheap, a slow painter and don't intend to play DBM. These armies have been painted for a while and have victories and defeats under their belts. The picture of the handgunners includes a non-DBA element, one of shot. Have not yet used them as that yet though. They have filled in for bowmen on some occasions.
