The Trapezuntine Byzantine Empire was the rump of what was the heartland of the Eastern Roman Empire.  The empire was based on the city of Trebizond, its hinterland and much of the southern coast of the Black Sea.  The army is made of Irregular Miniatures figures that I
picked up painted on e-Bay.  I am unable to credit the painter as I  have lost those details.
