Here are images of my Cilician Armenians. This represents one-third
of a BBDBA army. The other two-thirds is made up of duplicate
lot of elements and a Seljuk ally. The figures are all by Essex from
their MED and CRU ranges. I was going for a look where there is
a mix of waning Byzantine and waxing Frankish influences.
Prince
Leo Roupen II and
his Retinue (3Kn/Gen)
The
Cilician Knights (3Kn)
The knights consist of Armenian retainers and
Frankish and Georgian mercenaries.
Frankish
Spearmen (4Sp)
Frankish mercenary foot sergeants. The element with the banner
will be the General for the second command in BBDBA.
Armenian
Foot (3Ax)
Armenian foot control the Cilician Gates.
Armenian
Skirmishers (2Ps)
